Dr. Eileen Brusseau
Dr. Eileen Brusseau graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University in Medford, MA, in 1996, where she majored in Mathematics. She went on to continue her education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her DMD degree in 2003. She has been in private practice in Townsend, MA for over 18 years.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Brusseau enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, her pets (2 Newfoundland dogs and 2 cats), and traveling.
Dr. Leonard Strauss
Dr. Leonard H. Strauss, graduated in the top of his class from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1992. He then went on to complete advanced specialty education in periodontics at Boston University in 1994. Boston University has one of the nation’s leading periodontal programs specializing in the latest techniques of periodontics and multiple implant systems.
Dr. Strauss has carried this tradition into his periodontal practice. He now provides such advanced techniques as immediate implants, sinus grafting and ridge augmentation and tissue grafting.
A firm believer that a true professional must always be learning and growing he is currently certified in four implant systems. In addition to full time practice, he attends a number of advanced education courses each year.
He is a member of many dental societies including: the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Periodontal Society, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseo-Integration, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. James Drew
Dr. Drew received his Bachelors of Science from Boston College, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and graduated with Honors to receive his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Tufts University Dental School.
Dr. Drew is a member of several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, Merrimack Valley District Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He is also committed to keeping current with all new dental procedures through continuing education, having completed programs at The Scottsdale Center for Dentistry; Piper Education Research Center, St. Petersburg FL; and The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, St. Petersburg FL, along with many other courses and workshops.
Dr. Rachel Perlitsh
Dr. Perlitsh graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1991. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the prestigious National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She also received the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award for Excellence. Following graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City in 1992. Following her residency program, she returned to the Tufts University Post Graduate Orthodontic Program, where she earned her degree in 1994.
Dr. Rachel is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of Dental Science. In addition, she was recently selected by Worldwide Who’s Who as a VIP Professional of the year, recognizing her commitment to excellence within the orthodontic profession.
Dr. John Gentuso
Dr John Gentuso earned his D.M.D., Summa Cum Laude, from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1983. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr Gentuso owned a Family Dentistry practice in Medford, Massachusetts, for 32 years. He joins the Townsend Dental Group to continue his commitment to providing quality care to local families.
Dr Gentuso is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. He enjoys reading, exercise, art, active vacations with his wife, and spending time with his adult children and grandchildren.
