Kendra B., Registered Dental Hygienist
Kendra earned her associate’s degree from Mount Wachusett Community College. She’s worked in dentistry since 2007 and has been a hygienist for two years. She’s busy around the office tending to things like dental cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, local anesthesia, sterilization, and cleaning around the office, just to name a few. Kendra loves her work because it gives her the chance to build relationships with patients and educate them on their oral health. After taking a dental assisting program in high school, she chose her career path and ended up with a love for dentistry. Kendra is always organized, motivated, dependable, conscientious, and gentle. When she’s not caring for teeth, Kendra enjoys taking day trips with her husband, reading, and watching television. She currently has three cats and a baby girl on the way!
Kim, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England and has been working in dentistry since 2012. Kim has been a part of the team at Townsend Dental Group since we first opened. You’ll see Kim taking care of teeth at the office using special techniques and technology for cleaning. She also takes care of x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants., local anesthetic, scheduling recalls, cleaning, and more. Kim says she was drawn to dentistry because healthcare has always been fascinating to her, and there will always be a need for it. What she loves most about her job is getting to know and educate her patients about maintaining good oral hygiene. Kim is always organized, reliable, friendly, professional, and flexible. She loves spending time with her family and friends when not working.
Laura, Dental Assistant
Sydney, Registered Dental Hygienist
Sydney is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College and has been working in dentistry for a few years. She helps the dentists and the front desk ensure our daily schedules are running smoothly. The one thing Sydney will tell you that she truly loves about her job is helping people improve their oral health. Sydney says she’s always loved going to the dentist and learning about teeth. Working with Townsend Dental Group is a unique experience for Sydney because of how we can see so many kinds of patients because of the specialty care we consistently provide in the community. Sydney is reliable, flexible, compassionate, diligent, and eager to learn. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
